X5 SILENCE is the group where the WELVMNG community arranges CrossFire Ghost Mode X5s and scrims. Matches are arranged on WhatsApp; the code of conduct and the equipment list apply to everyone who plays.

How X5s and scrims work

Matches are arranged straight in the WhatsApp group — that is where you call one, fill the team and set the time.

  1. The poll in the group

    X5 times (or “scrims” — they are the same thing) are set through a poll in the WhatsApp group. Whichever time gets the most votes in the poll is the time the X5 starts.

  2. The room and the password

    At the agreed time a Ghost Mode room is created, with a password. Both the room and the password are announced in the WhatsApp group.

  3. 7 rounds per side

    Rooms are created with 7 rounds by default: whoever reaches 7 rounds first wins. One team starts as GR (soldier) and the other as BL (ghost).

  4. The side swap

    Once a team has taken the 7 rounds, everyone goes back to the room lobby and the sides are swapped: whoever was GR moves to BL, and whoever was BL moves to GR. A second side is then played in full, until a team reaches 7 rounds.

  5. The winner of the map

    With both sides finished, the teams' round differentials across the two sides are added up to determine the winner of the map. A draw is possible.

  6. The next map

    Once the winner or the draw has been determined, the map is changed and the same process repeats.
