On 14 September 2026 the X5 SILENCE arsenal changed. This is the note about that change. The rules page remains the official source — it is still served in Portuguese while the translation is written — and its changelog records the same change with the same date.
What changed
The Kukri moved from blocked to allowed, because it is available on the MP market. That is exactly the condition described in Observation 1 on the rules page: items under that observation open up once they become obtainable without asking anything of anyone beyond playing.
The -80 Axe was listed alongside the -100, both available in the MP shop.
The suppressed D.E is still blocked, and is now the only item in that state.
The WhatsApp group link was also updated on the same date.
Why the Kukri was blocked
Not for being too strong. An item gets blocked when requiring everyone to have it would be unfair to the people who have no way to get it. While the Kukri was off the MP market, anyone who already owned one would walk into a match with an option nobody else could match — and that is the group’s criterion, not the weapon’s damage.
Once access stopped being the problem, the block stopped making sense. No rule was rewritten: a condition already printed on the page was met.
What it changes in your loadout
If you have not played since before September, check the table again before the next X5 — and remember the parent rule still sits above everything: every allowed item is used with no VIP attribute and no upgrade. An unblocked Kukri is a stock Kukri.
And the list is still closed. Whatever is not on it stays forbidden, Kukri or no Kukri.
